What we did?

- PR & ecommerce Strategy
We did industry analysis and market research to define the target media, social media platforms and digital online sale channels for DYNE and we planned a timeline for each development.

- Media Management
We connected the right media, including print, online, social media for press release, sample management and press day invitation.

- Social Media Management
We set up social media accounts for DYNE and planned a social media strategy for China. We created interactive games and campaigns, and connected DYNE with the right KOLs, industry trend-setters and sportsmen for collaborations to create social media buzz.

- Press Day & Showroom Management
We organized the press day with the presence of the designer in Shanghai and had 40+ guests attending, including press, KOLs, e-commerce partners, industry partners and sale agencies.

- Ecommerce Partnership Management
We researched to find the right ecommerce partner for DYNE and liaised with the brand to launch a series of ecommerce campaigns to initiate the sale of DYNE in China. We managed the entire campaign.

- Creative & Content Management
We acted as the copywriter for DYNE in China and produced all content for the social media platforms: Weibo and WeChat. We curated and produced a micro-film to document the designer's interaction with the sportsmen and industry trend-setters in Shanghai. We released the film to video media and KOLs' WeChat platforms to raise awareness of DYNE in China.
