What we did?

- Event Planning & Management
We sourced the event venue, the catering company and the suppliers per the brief of the brand. We worked closely with the brand's overseas marketing team to execute the whole event.

- Press Relationship & Management
We identified the press list for the event and allocated its media budget to maximize press coverage. We were the copywriter for the event release and released the post-event release to media so as to reach the brand's KPI on press coverage.

- Guest Reception
We handled invitation, RSVP and guest reception for the event. We took care of the press release and event gifts for the guests.
